The invention relates to a battery management system based on digital twinning, a control method and a battery assembly. The system comprises a battery BMS, a digital bidirectional twinning system, a digital BMS, a mirror image control module, a big data background, a control digital pool, a historical problem module and a background development module. The digital bidirectional twin system can independently control the battery BMS and the digital BMS; the mirror image control module is in control connection with the digital BMS; the digital BMS can upload fault problems and solving measures to the historical problem module; the background development module can upload the fault solving measures and the updated module to a big data background, and the big data background updates the fault solving measures and the updated module to a control digital pool; the control digital pool can receive requests of the BMS and the digital BMS to download corresponding fault solving measures and modules; and the historical problem module can upload fault problems and solving measures to a big data background. According to the system, the BMS can be remotely updated, and the system fault problem can be shared.

    本发明涉及一种基于数字孪生的电池管理系统、控制方法及电池总成,系统包括电池BMS、数字双向孪生系统、数字BMS、镜像控制模块、大数据后台、控制数字池、历史问题模块、后台开发模块。数字双向孪生系统能分别对电池BMS、数字BMS进行单独控制;镜像控制模块与数字BMS控制连接;数字BMS能将故障问题及解决措施一起上传至历史问题模块;后台开发模块能将故障解决措施及更新的模块上传至大数据后台,大数据后台将其更新至控制数字池;控制数字池能接收BMS和数字BMS的请求下载相应的故障解决措施及模块;历史问题模块能将故障问题及解决措施上传至大数据后台。本发明系统BMS可远程更新、系统故障问题可实现共享。
