The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger, a controller, a power assembly and an electric vehicle, which can reduce the heating device redundancy of the electric vehicle and improve the energy utilization efficiency of the electric vehicle. The vehicle-mounted charger comprises a bidirectional DC conversion circuit, a switch module and a heating module. The bidirectional DC conversion circuit comprises a transformer, a first switching circuit and a second switching circuit. The bridge arm midpoint of the two bridge arms of the second switch circuit is used for being connected with the heating module through the switch module. The vehicle-mounted charger operates in a charging mode, and the bidirectional direct current conversion circuit is used for converting the first direct current into the second direct current to charge the power battery. When the vehicle-mounted charger operates in a heating mode, the switch module conducts connection between the bridge arm midpoints of the two bridge arms of the second switch circuit and the heating module, the second switch circuit is used for receiving power supplied by the power battery and supplying power to the heating module through the bridge arm midpoints of the two bridge arms, and the heating module emits heat.
