The invention relates to a suspension-torque multiplexing vehicle-mounted flywheel battery. The flywheel battery is composed of a shell, a flywheel, a rotating shaft, a motor unit and a floating magnetic bearing. The floating rotating magnetic bearing comprises a suspension unit and a floating rotating unit. The motor provides energy to control the flywheel rotor to rotate. The floating magnetic bearing suspension unit provides suspension force to control suspension of the flywheel rotor. The floating rotation unit of the floating rotation magnetic bearing can dynamically adjust the output suspension force and torque according to the operation condition of the flywheel battery. The suspension force is output when the suspension force is insufficient, and the torque is supplemented when the motor torque is insufficient. Through the design of the floating magnetic bearing, the stability of the flywheel is improved, and the problem that high integration and large bearing of the flywheel are difficult to achieve at the same time under complex working conditions is solved.

    本发明涉及一种悬浮‑转矩复用车载飞轮电池。飞轮电池由外壳、飞轮、转轴、电机单元、浮转磁轴承组成。浮转磁轴承包括悬浮单元与浮转单元两部分。电机提供能量,控制飞轮转子旋转。浮转磁轴承悬浮单元提供悬浮力,控制飞轮转子悬浮。浮转磁轴承的浮转单元可根据飞轮电池运行情况动态调整输出的悬浮力与转矩。悬浮力不足时输出悬浮力,电机转矩不足时补充转矩。浮转磁轴承的设计,提高了飞轮的稳定性,改善了复杂工况下飞轮难以同时兼顾高集成与大承载的问题。
