The invention discloses an automatic surrounding rock morphology scanning device and scanning method for intelligent grading of surrounding rock. The scanning device comprises a walking device; the third rotating motor is mounted on the walking device; the supporting platform is mounted on the third rotating motor; the bottom of the servo electric cylinder is hinged to the third rotating motor through a first hinge assembly; the second rotating motor is mounted at the first hinging assembly so as to drive the servo electric cylinder to swing on the vertical plane; the camera assembly is hinged to the servo electric cylinder through a second hinge assembly; the first rotating motor is mounted at the second hinge assembly to drive the camera assembly to swing, and the swing surface of the first rotating motor and the swing surface of the servo electric cylinder are coplanar; and a controller. And the walking device walks to the position below the exploded surrounding rock, the camera assembly is controlled to directly face the surface of the surrounding rock all the time, and the distance is kept unchanged for shooting till the surrounding rock shooting is completed. The system can be close to the surrounding rock for scanning, can obtain surrounding rock details, is small in picture distortion, and can obtain surrounding rock coordinates in real time.

    本发明公开了用于围岩智能分级的围岩形貌自动化扫描装置及扫描方法,扫描装置包括行走装置;第三旋转电机,安装在行走装置上;支撑平台,安装在第三旋转电机上;伺服电动缸,底部通过第一铰接组件与第三旋转电机铰接;第二旋转电机,安装在第一铰接组件处,以驱动伺服电动缸在竖直面上进行摆动;相机组件,通过第二铰接组件与伺服电动缸铰接;第一旋转电机,安装在第二铰接组件处,以驱动相机组件摆动,且摆动面与伺服电动缸的摆动面共面;以及控制器。行走装置行走到被爆破的围岩下方,控制相机组件始终正对围岩表面且距离保持不变进行拍摄,直至将围岩拍摄完毕。本发明能贴近围岩进行扫描,可获取围岩细节且图片畸变小,还可实时获得围岩坐标。
