The invention discloses a climbing formwork attachment truss system on a super high-rise side cylinder structure construction elevator and a construction method. The system comprises a climbing formwork attachment truss (1), an adjustable wall attachment assembly (2), a movable attachment assembly (3), a construction elevator cage (4) and a sheet type auxiliary guide rail (5). An upper creeping formwork system (9) and an upper creeping formwork system guide rail frame (6) are constructed in a super high-rise side cylinder structure (7), a creeping formwork attachment truss is installed on the upper creeping formwork system, and a construction elevator cage is arranged in the creeping formwork attachment truss. The sheet type auxiliary guide rail is installed on an upper creeping formwork system guide rail frame, the movable attachment assembly is connected with the creeping formwork attachment truss and the sheet type auxiliary guide rail, the construction elevator cage and the creeping formwork attachment truss synchronously climb to be communicated with a creeping formwork frame body top platform (8) along with the upper creeping formwork system, and the creeping formwork attachment truss is attached and fixed through the adjustable wall attachment assembly. The construction elevator cage can be lifted to the top platform of the creeping formwork frame body along with the upper creeping formwork system, and the transportation efficiency of personnel and materials is improved.
