The invention provides a rail lifting device which comprises a first rail lifting mechanism arranged between adjacent vehicles, and the first rail lifting mechanism comprises a lifting beam with the two ends detachably connected with the vehicles and at least two oppositely-arranged sliding grooves connected with the two sides of the lifting beam correspondingly. The rail clamping frame is arranged in the sliding groove and can move in the length direction of the sliding groove; the rail clamping frame can clamp the rail to be lifted under the driving of the lifting beam when the adjacent vehicle is lifted. Due to the fact that the device is arranged at the end of the coal mining roadway transport vehicle and detachably connected with the adjacent vehicle, installation, overhaul and disassembly are convenient, and the maintenance cost is low. The lifting beam is arranged between the adjacent vehicles and has a certain length, the rail clamping frame can reduce or absorb the height difference when sliding in the sliding groove, so that the time difference of lifting or falling of the rail is reduced, the rail is prevented from generating internal stress and external deformation, the rail is kept in a good state, and the service life of the rail is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种提轨装置,包括设置在相邻车辆之间的第一提轨机构,所述第一提轨机构包括两端与所述车辆可拆卸连接的提升梁,分别与所述提升梁两侧连接的至少两个相对设置的滑槽,设置在所述滑槽中能沿滑槽长度方向移动的轨道夹持架;所述轨道夹持架在相邻车辆提升时在所述提升梁的带动下能够夹持轨道提升。由于设置在采煤巷道运输车辆的端部,且与相邻车辆之间是可拆卸连接,方便安装、检修和拆卸,维护成本低。提升梁设置在相邻车辆之间且具备一定长度,轨道夹持架在滑槽内部滑动均能降低或吸收高度差使得轨道提起或降落的时间差降低,防止轨道产生内部应力及外部变形,保持轨道处于良好的状态、延长轨道的使用寿命。
