The invention discloses a telescopic self-lubricating low-rotational-inertia pulley block which comprises an oil cylinder, a piston rod arranged in the oil cylinder, a base connected with the piston rod, two supporting plates fixedly connected with the base, and a plurality of pulleys rotationally connected between the two supporting plates and used for winding a traction rope. The anti-falling covers are fixed to the side ends of the two supporting plates and used for limiting the hoisting rope and preventing the hoisting rope from falling off from the pulley in the loose state; and the oil cylinder is used for pushing the pulley to move so as to eliminate the extension of the hoisting rope, so that the ejection stroke is consistent with the piston stroke. The traction rope can be prevented from falling off, the self-lubricating pulley block is low in rotational inertia, large in bearing pressure and high in speed, and the requirements of the catapult for high pressure, high speed and the like of the pulley are met.
