The embodiment of the invention provides a battery voltage difference early warning method and device, a vehicle and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of automobiles, and the method comprises the steps: determining a target vehicle meeting a first early warning condition and a first fault condition; target parameters of the target vehicle are obtained, the static pressure difference of the target vehicle is extracted according to the target parameters, and the battery charge state change value of the target vehicle under the static pressure difference is calculated; the battery charge state change value of the target vehicle under the static pressure difference serves as a second early warning value, and the first early warning condition is updated; according to the updated first early warning condition, if it is detected that the battery charge state change value of the vehicle is in [a first early warning value, a second early warning value], first early warning operation is executed on the vehicle; and if it is detected that the battery charge state change value of the vehicle is in [the second early warning value, the first fault value], second early warning operation is executed on the vehicle. The problem that in the prior art, voltage difference identification in a battery pack of an electric automobile is unreasonable is solved.
