The invention discloses a traffic decision coordination method based on Markov decision, which belongs to the field of airborne collision avoidance systems, and comprises the following steps: S1, generating a decision consultation coordination strategy based on Markov: taking individual and global consultation generated by a decision consultation component as input, referring to state factors of a local machine and an intrusion machine, and establishing a decision consultation coordination strategy based on Markov decision; constructing a coordination information operation process; optimal coordination information is calculated according to the vertical rate, the consultation state and the invading machine information, an optimal coordination strategy is selected, and point-to-point output is carried out in the local responder according to the optimal coordination strategy; the decision consultation assembly comprises an airborne anti-collision decision consultation assembly; s2, response strategy processing based on active coordination; and S3, generating decision consultation based on the decision consultation coordination information. According to the method, collaborative information is more accurate and safer, meanwhile, the method is compatible with an existing TCAS II airborne traffic warning and anti-collision system, the false alarm rate is greatly reduced, and the maintenance cost of an airborne anti-collision algorithm is saved.
