The invention aims to provide the system and the method for predicting the number of the remaining parking spaces based on the road public parking spaces, so that accurate judgment on the remaining parking spaces in the expected time at the appointed parking position is improved, and meanwhile, an optimal processing scheme can be provided in the state that the expected parking spaces are full. In order to achieve the purpose, firstly, AR I MA modeling is conducted through data, an AR I MA model extracts a linear part in the data, and the residual error of the AR I MA model comprises a nonlinear part. And then taking multiple characteristics such as the residual error, the weekend vacation and the major activity of the shopping mall as independent variables of the LSTM, and predicting the AR I MA residual error in the next time period. And finally, adding the predicted value of the AR I MA and the residual predicted value of the LSTM to obtain a final predicted value. Therefore, the prediction precision is further improved. Most importantly, the method can achieve a good prediction effect in a non-fixed parking lot, especially a parking space under public traffic. And the parking efficiency of the driver at the destination is effectively improved.

    本发明的目的是提供一种基于道路公共停车位剩余车位数量预测系统及方法,不仅提高对于指定停车位置上在预期时间内的剩余车位进行准确判断,同时还能在预期停车位全满状态下提出最佳的处理方案。为了实现上述目的,本发明首先使用数据进行AR I MA建模,AR I MA模型提取数据中的线性部分,而AR I MA模型的残差包含非线性部分。然后将残差、周末假期、商场重大活动等多个特征作为LSTM的自变量,预测下一时间段AR I MA残差。最后将AR I MA的预测值与LSTM的残差预测值相加得到最终的预测值。这样预测精度进一步得以提高。最为主要的是,本发明在非固定停车场,尤其是公共交通下的停车位也能起到良好的预测效果。非常有效的提高驾驶员在目的地的停车效率。
