The invention relates to a bus real-time empty driving scheduling method and system. The scheduling method comprises the following steps: acquiring positioning data, preprocessing the positioning data, inputting the preprocessed positioning data into a trained empty driving decision model to calculate a real-time empty driving decision, and issuing a real-time empty driving decision instruction. The empty driving decision model is established based on a gradient descent decision tree, and the preprocessing comprises the following steps: performing map matching on positioning data and a route map; performing shift division on the positioning data of each vehicle after map matching; performing shift type identification on each divided shift; carrying out shift matching on the shift after the type identification and the planned shift; and extracting the empty driving features of the matched shifts. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the normal execution of the planned shift is ensured after the influence of external disturbance, and the scheduling decision is high in real-time performance.

    本发明涉及一种公交实时空驶调度方法和系统,所述调度方法包括以下步骤:获取定位数据,对定位数据进行预处理,将预处理后定位数据输入训练好的空驶决策模型计算实时空驶决策,下达实时空驶决策指令;所述空驶决策模型基于梯度下降决策树建立,所述预处理包括以下步骤:将定位数据与线路地图进行地图匹配;对地图匹配后每辆车的定位数据进行班次划分;对每个划分的班次进行班次类型识别;对类型识别后的班次和计划班次进行班次匹配;对匹配后的班次提取空驶特征。与现有技术相比,本发明具有在外部扰动影响后保证计划班次正常执行,调度决策实时性强等优点。
