The method comprises the following steps: acquiring voltage data obtained by performing voltage acquisition on each battery cell of a battery pack through a sampling wire harness; if it is judged that the battery pack has the voltage fault according to the voltage data, an extreme value difference is calculated according to the voltage data; and if the extreme value difference is smaller than or equal to the preset voltage threshold value, determining that the sampling wire harness has a fault, and maintaining the working state of the battery pack. When the battery pack is judged to have a voltage fault in combination with the voltage data collected by each battery cell of the battery pack, the extreme value difference is calculated according to the voltage data, if the extreme value difference is smaller than or equal to the preset voltage threshold value, the sampling wire harness fault is judged, the working state of the battery pack is maintained, the use of the battery pack is prevented from being influenced by the sampling wire harness fault, and the safety of the battery pack is improved. And the power supply convenience is improved.
