The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted lithium battery online parameter estimation algorithm based on a fractional order model. The lithium battery has high energy density and good performance, and is the main force of an electric automobile energy storage system. Due to the fact that the safety requirement of a working object of a lithium battery pack is high, and the working condition is complex, modeling and state of charge (SOC) estimation in application become research hotspots. A vehicle-mounted lithium battery is a strong nonlinear system, and due to existence of multi-source interference and incapability of measuring some key variables, the difficulty of battery modeling is greatly increased. Estimation of the battery state is very important for accurate management of battery energy, the SOC of the battery cannot be directly measured and can only be indirectly measured through other external parameters of the battery, and therefore accurate modeling of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery and effective estimation of the parameters have great influences on accurate estimation of the SOC. According to the method, the identification model of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery is established by utilizing a fractional order nonlinear controlled autoregression model, and accurate parameter estimation and an accurate identification model are obtained by introducing a forgetting factor and a weighting factor and utilizing a gradient descent method. The method is high in identification precision and high in convergence speed, and can be applied to on-line parameter estimation of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery.

    本发明公开了一种基于分数阶模型的车载锂电池在线参数估计算法。锂电池具有较高的能量密度和良好的性能,是电动汽车储能系统的主力。由于锂电池组的工作对象安全性要求高、工况复杂,使得应用中的建模和荷电状态(stateofcharge,SOC)估计成为研究热点。车载锂电池是一类强非线性系统,由于存在多源干扰、以及某些关键变量无法测量,极大地增加了电池建模的难度。电池状态的估计对电池能量进行精准管理十分重要,而电池的SOC无法直接测量,只能通过电池其他外部参数间接测量,因此车载锂电池的精准建模和参数的有效估计对SOC准确估计有重大影响。本发明利用分数阶非线性受控自回归模型建立车载锂电池的辨识模型,通过引入遗忘因子和加权因子,利用梯度下降法获得准确的参数估计和精准的辨识模型。本发明辨识精度高、收敛速度快,可以应用于车载锂电池在线参数估计。
