The invention discloses a tool beam, crawler crane debugging test equipment and a crawler crane debugging test method, relates to the field of crane tests, and aims to improve the reliability of a crawler crane debugging test. The tool beam comprises a beam body, a pulley mounting seat, a first pulley block and a hoisting piece. The pulley mounting seat is fixed on the beam body; the first pulley block is mounted on the pulley mounting seat; the hoisting piece is installed on the beam body relative to the center of the beam body in the length direction. The tool beam provided by the technical scheme is used for carrying out a maximum lifting capacity debugging test on the crawler crane. The tool beam comprises a beam body, a pulley mounting seat, a first pulley block and a hoisting piece. The top of the beam body is provided with the first pulley block, so that the crawler crane can directly thread a rope when carrying out a hoisting test, and a lifting hook is not needed any more. The cost of the lifting hook is extremely high, and the test cost is greatly reduced by omitting the lifting hook; and by adopting the mode of the embodiment of the invention, the tool beam is more stable and reliable during hoisting, so that the reliability of the test is improved.
本发明公开了一种工装梁、履带起重机调试试验设备以及方法,涉及起重机试验领域,用以提高履带起重机调试试验的可靠性。工装梁包括梁本体、滑轮安装座、第一滑轮组以及吊装件。滑轮安装座固定于梁本体;第一滑轮组安装于滑轮安装座;吊装件相对于梁本体的长度方向的中心安装于梁本体。上述技术方案提供的工装梁,用于对履带起重机进行最大起重量调试试验。工装梁包括梁本体、滑轮安装座、第一滑轮组以及吊装件。梁本体的顶部设置有第一滑轮组,履带起重机进行吊起试验时直接穿绳即可,不再需要使用吊钩。吊钩成本极高,省却吊钩也就大大降低了试验成本;并且采用本发明实施例的方式,吊装工装梁时更加稳固可靠,这样增加了试验的可靠性。
