The first end of the guide block combination abuts against the plug, the second end of the guide block combination abuts against the gear and rack combination, the joint of the plug and the guide block combination is concaved inwards to form a sealing groove, the middle of the sealing groove protrudes outwards to form a sealing protrusion, and the sealing protrusion abuts against the guide block combination. And the sealing bulge generates plastic deformation under a certain moment of force to block a separated oil path so as to ensure that separated oil does not seep outwards. On one hand, the sealing groove contains protruding materials of the sealing protrusion, the plug and the guide block combination can make more sufficient contact to guarantee the sealing effect, and on the other hand, the deformation resistance of the materials of the sealing protrusion can be reduced.
