The invention relates to the technical field of net rack installation, and particularly discloses a steel net rack deviation integral synchronous lifting installation method and device.The installation method comprises the following steps that a lifting frame is started to lift a net rack lifting unit, and a lifting system and a lifting inhaul cable are checked; the net rack is lifted by 1 m through the lifting frame, and whether the net rack ascends synchronously or not is checked; the lifting frame slowly lifts the net frame, after the net frame is lifted to the top of the steel columns by 500 mm, electric hoists are installed at the upper ends of part of the steel columns, lifting hook devices of the electric hoists are connected with lower chord nodes of the net frame, and the net frame and net frame supports synchronously descend to the top of the steel columns through the lifting frame; and the net rack and the net rack support are located over the steel column, the net rack support is welded to the top of the steel column, the lifting frame is dismantled, rod pieces are complemented, and hoisting is completed. According to the method, the net rack is assembled in a ground deviation mode, a small number of lifting frames are arranged, the traction hoist and the rigging are horizontally moved in place, then rod pieces are supplemented, and therefore the measure cost can be effectively reduced, and the installation efficiency can be effectively improved.

    本发明涉及网架安装技术领域,具体的公开了一种钢网架偏位整体同步提升安装方法及装置,该安装方法包括以下步骤:开启提升架进行网架提升单元的提升,对提升系统、提升拉索进行检查;提升架将网架提升1m,并检查网架是否同步上升;提升架缓慢的进行网架提升,网架提升至钢柱顶部500mm后,在部分钢柱上端安装电动葫芦,电动葫芦的吊钩装置与网架下弦节点相连接,通过提升架将网架与网架支座同步下降至钢柱的顶部;网架与网架支座位于钢柱正上方,将网架支座焊接在钢柱顶部,拆除提升架,补全杆件,完成吊装。该发明中,网架地面偏位拼装,通过设置少量的提升架,及牵引葫芦和索具水平移动就位,再后补杆件,可以有效降低措施费用和提高安装效率。
