The invention discloses a wind power assembly hoisting auxiliary device which comprises fixed half rings and movable half rings, the two fixed half rings can be spliced into a ring shape, the two movable half rings can be spliced into a ring shape, a plurality of bolt hooks are arranged on the inner sides of the fixed half rings, and a plurality of clamping plates are arranged on the inner sides of the movable half rings. The outer side of the movable semi-ring is slidably connected with a plurality of hydraulic rods through a plurality of universal shaft sleeves, and the tail ends of piston rods of the hydraulic rods are connected to the outer side of the fixed semi-ring through universal joints. Compared with the prior art, the fan hub can be stably connected into the generator flange in a butt joint mode in the hoisting process, and damage or safety accidents caused by the fact that the fan hub collides with a generator due to shaking in the hoisting process are prevented.

    本发明公开了一种风电组件吊装辅助装置,包括固定半环、活动半环,两个所述固定半环能够拼接为环形,两个所述活动半环能够拼接为环形,所述固定半环内侧设有多个螺栓钩,所述活动半环内侧设有多个夹紧板,所述活动半环外侧通过多个万向轴套可滑动地连接有多根液压杆,所述液压杆的活塞杆末端通过万向节连接到固定半环外侧。与现有技术相比,本发明能够使风机轮毂在吊装中稳定地对接到发电机法兰中,防止风机轮毂在吊装中由于晃动而碰撞到发电机导致损坏或安全事故。
