The invention discloses an elevator operation control method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of control, the method comprises the steps that when a button is pressed down, a first distance is obtained at a preset frequency, and the first distance is the distance between a wireless distance measuring device and a corresponding user; determining the residence time and the movement direction of the user based on the first distance; inputting the first distance, the residence time, the button state and the movement direction into an elevator taking intention analysis model; and if the elevator taking intention obtained according to the elevator taking intention analysis model is willing to take the elevator, the elevator is controlled to run to the floor where the button is located, and the elevator is controlled to provide elevator taking service. According to the elevator control method and device, the elevator is not directly controlled to run to the floor where the button is located, but the elevator is controlled to run to the floor where the user is located only when it is predicted that the user has the elevator taking intention, and the elevator actually serves the user with the elevator taking demand during current running, that is, when the elevator taking service is provided for the user outside the elevator, the elevator taking experience is improved; and the elevator operation resource utilization rate is increased.

    本申请公开了一种电梯运行的控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,属于控制领域,该方法包括:在按钮按下时以预设频率获取第一距离,第一距离为无线测距装置测量的与对应用户之间的距离;基于第一距离,确定用户停留时间及运动方向;将第一距离、停留时间、按钮状态以及运动方向输入至乘梯意图分析模型中;若根据乘梯意图分析模型得到乘梯意图为愿意乘梯,则控制电梯运行至按钮所在的楼层并控制电梯提供乘梯服务。在本申请中,并不是直接控制电梯运行至按钮所在楼层,而是预测出用户存在乘梯意图才控制电梯运行至用户所在楼层,则电梯本次运行真实服务到有乘梯需求的用户,即本申请提高了为电梯门外的用户提供乘梯服务时,电梯运行资源的利用率。
