A pre-tightening loading device suitable for a spacecraft pressing mechanism comprises one or more pre-tightening loading units and a hydraulic unit for supplying oil to each pre-tightening loading unit for pressurization. Each pre-tightening loading unit comprises a base, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a pressure sensor, a spherical pad seat, a spherical pad and a connecting rod, and the connecting rod can smoothly penetrate through the base, the hydraulic oil cylinder, the pressure sensor, the spherical pad seat, the spherical pad and the connecting rod. A single pre-tightening loading unit is used in cooperation with a single set of pressing mechanism, and one set of pre-tightening loading device can supply oil to the multiple pre-tightening loading units and pressurize the multiple pre-tightening loading units. The device can synchronously apply large-load pre-tightening to a single set or multiple sets of pressing mechanisms, located on the same separation surface, of the separable section or component of the spacecraft, the risk of uneven stress in the loading process is remarkably reduced, and meanwhile the loading efficiency and the loading precision are further improved.
