The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation ground tests, and discloses a coaxial dual-rotor helicopter ground test mooring load safety monitoring method, four mooring points on a helicopter body are respectively provided with two mooring riggings, and totally eight mooring riggings are connected with the ground to fix a helicopter; a force sensor is arranged on the mooring rigging; establishing a mooring load identification model, inputting a measured value of the mooring cable force sensor into the mooring load identification model, and calculating to obtain the state of the helicopter; and the mooring state of the helicopter is identified according to the measured value of the force sensor. The problem that the mooring state cannot be accurately obtained in real time in the ground test process of the coaxial dual-rotor helicopter can be solved, and safety monitoring of the ground mooring test of the helicopter is effectively guaranteed; in addition, the current state of the helicopter is obtained through the established mooring load identification model, richer test data can be obtained in a new-configuration helicopter ground test, and the state of the helicopter is conveniently recorded and obtained.

    本发明属于航空地面试验技术领域,公开了一种共轴双旋翼直升机地面试验系留载荷安全监控方法,在直升机机身上的4个系留点分别各布置2个、共计8个系留索具连接地面来固定直升机;系留索具上具有力传感器;建立系留载荷辨识模型,根据系留索力传感器的测值,输入到系留载荷辨识模型中,计算获得直升机状态;并且根据力传感器的测值来辨识直升机的系留状态。本发明能够解决共轴双旋翼直升机地面试验过程中无法实时准确获取系留状态的难题,有效保障了直升机的地面系留试验安全监控;还通过所建立的系留载荷辨识模型得到直升机的当前状态,在新构型的直升机地面试验中能够得到更加丰富的试验数据,便于记录和获取直升机的状态。
