The invention discloses a composite material impact isolation device based on a multi-cell chiral periodic structure, and belongs to the field of engineering machinery design. The device comprises an impact isolation device shell and a multi-cell chiral periodic hollow structure, the shock isolation device shell is made of a polyurethane high polymer material, the multi-cell chiral periodic hollow structure is made of a TiNi memory alloy composite material, and the multi-cell chiral periodic hollow structure and the cavity structure of the shock isolation device shell are assembled in an interference fit mode. The TiNi memory alloy composite material is adopted to manufacture the multi-cell chiral periodic structure, the cavity of the polyurethane high polymer material shell structure is filled with the multi-cell chiral periodic structure, the bearing strength is improved, and the structural strength is improved; impact energy can be converted into heat energy through slippage of the internal structure of the material, vibration energy is dissipated, so that the impact isolation performance is improved, the multi-working-condition and self-adaptive impact resistance and energy absorption effects are achieved, and the impact isolation effect is achieved. The composite material based on the multi-cell chiral periodic structure is suitable for the impact isolation device.

    一种基于多胞手性周期结构的复合材料隔冲装置,它属于工程机械设计领域。装置:包括隔冲装置外壳和多胞手性周期空心结构;所述隔冲装置外壳由聚氨酯高分子材料制成,所述多胞手性周期空心结构由TiNi记忆合金复合材料制成,所述多胞手性周期空心结构与隔冲装置外壳的空腔结构采用过盈配合进行装配。本发明中采用TiNi记忆合金复合材料制作多胞手性周期结构并填充聚氨酯高分子材料外壳结构的空腔,提高了承载强度,增加了结构强度;利用材料本身内部结构的滑移可将冲击能量转化为热能而耗散振动能量以提高隔冲性能,实现多工况、自适应抗冲吸能的效果,实现隔离冲击的效果。本发明基于多胞手性周期结构的复合材料适用于隔冲装置。
