The invention discloses an intelligent management and control system and method for a railway level crossing, and the system comprises the steps: detecting a coming train at the railway level crossing through a train receiving judgment device, generating a train approaching signal when detecting that a train approaches, transmitting the train approaching signal to crossing control equipment, and controlling a barrier gate control device to close a handrail through the crossing control equipment, the crossing camera is used for collecting crossing video information, and the crossing control equipment is used for transmitting handrail closing in-place information of the barrier gate control device and the crossing video information to the steward reminding device to be displayed. Video monitoring of the level crossing is carried out through the section control server, so that when it is found that a train approaches the crossing and the barrier gate control device does not actually close the handrail in place, management and control are forcibly involved to close the handrail, and accidents are prevented. According to the invention, unmanned intelligent traffic control of the railway level crossing can be realized, the efficiency of traffic control of the railway level crossing is improved, and the traffic safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种铁路平交道口智能管控系统及管控方法,通过接车判断装置检测铁路平交道口的来向列车,并在检测到有列车接近时生成列车接近信号传输至道口控制设备,通过道口控制设备控制道闸控制装置关闭栏杆,以封闭平交道口,防止车辆行人进入列车道内,通过道口摄像机采集道口视频信息,由道口控制设备将道闸控制装置的栏杆关闭到位信息及道口视频信息传输至乘务员提醒装置进行显示。通过段控制服务器进行平交道口的视频监控,以在发现列车接近道口而道闸控制装置实际未关闭栏杆到位时,强制介入管控来关闭栏杆,防止意外事故发生。本发明可以实现铁路平交道口的无人化智能交通管控,提高铁路平交道口交通管控的效率,保证交通安全。
