The invention discloses a fault diagnosis system and method for turnout acquisition and representation. The system comprises a digital current signal acquisition and processing module, an analog current signal acquisition and processing module and an upper computer, the digital current acquisition and processing module is used for acquiring and processing a signal representing current of the turnout and then outputting a preliminary fault diagnosis result to the upper computer; the analog current signal acquisition and processing module is used for acquiring and processing an analog current signal represented by a turnout and then outputting a current waveform represented by the turnout and an amplitude of the current waveform to the upper computer; the upper computer performs fault diagnosis according to the input of the channel information processor and the current waveform calculation module; according to the method, the self-checking result, the fault code bit and the collected turnout representation current waveform and amplitude result are combined, fault positioning and fault diagnosis can be preliminarily carried out, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种道岔采集表示的故障诊断系统及方法,该系统包括:数字电流信号采集及处理模块、模拟电流信号采集及处理模块、以及上位机;所述数字电流采集及处理模块对道岔表示电流的信号进行采集并处理后将初步故障诊断结果输出至上位机;所述模拟电流信号采集及处理模块对道岔表示的模拟电流信号进行采集处理后输出道岔表示的电流波形及其幅值至上位机;所述上位机根据通道信息处理器和电流波形计算模块的输入进行故障诊断;本发明结合自检结果、故障码位以及采集的道岔表示电流波形及幅值大小结果,可以初步做故障定位以及故障诊断,提升了维护效率。
