The invention discloses a control method and device for an automatic driving manual takeover process, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing a takeover signal for vehicle control in real time, and judging whether the takeover signal is effective or not according to the time sequence of the takeover signal; if the pipe connection signal is effective, controlling the vehicle to be transversely or longitudinally connected according to the state of the vehicle to be connected and the corresponding pipe connection mode; and when the transverse control and the longitudinal control of the vehicle are both manually taken over, the automatic driving mode is quitted, and the vehicle responds to the control of manual taking over. According to the method, the validity of the takeover information of the driver for vehicle control is identified, then the corresponding takeover mode is determined according to the effective takeover information, and automatic driving is quitted and changed into a manual takeover vehicle control mode according to the subsequent takeover information. In the control process, the vehicle is always in a controlled state, the validity of the takeover information is recognized, and the safety of the automatic driving vehicle in the manual takeover process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种自动驾驶人工接管过程的控制方法及装置,所述方法包括实时识别对于车辆控制的接管信号,根据所述接管信号的时序判断所述接管信号是否有效;若所述接管信号有效,则根据车辆被接管的状态与对应的接管模式控制车辆被横向接管或纵向接管;当所述车辆的横向控制与纵向控制均被人工接管时,退出自动驾驶模式,车辆响应人工接管的控制。本发明先识别驾驶员对车辆控制的接管信息的有效性,然后根据有效的接管信息确定对应的接管模式,再根据后续的接管信息将自动驾驶退出并改为人工接管的车辆控制模式,控制过程中车辆一直处于受控状态并识别接管信息的有效性,提升了自动驾驶车辆在人工接管过程的安全性。
