The invention provides a drive-by-wire chassis controller, an electric vehicle brake recharging control system and a control method thereof.The drive-by-wire chassis controller comprises a judgment module configured to judge whether an electric vehicle is in a brake state or not, and a calculation module configured to calculate the brake recharging of the electric vehicle when the electric vehicle is in the brake state. A controller configured to calculate a maximum brake recharge negative torque based on the first parameter, calculate a ratio of a mechanical brake operation to a brake recharge operation based on the brake command, a change rate of the brake command, and a vehicle speed in a state where the maximum brake recharge negative torque is non-zero, and obtain an analysis result; and the sending module is configured to send a mechanical brake control command and a brake recharging control command based on the analysis result. According to the mode, after the drive-by-wire chassis controller receives the braking command, the proportion of the mechanical braking action and the braking recharging action is distributed through calculation and judgment, and therefore the discomfort feeling felt by a driver due to the braking recharging action is reduced.

    本发明提供一种线控底盘控制器、电动车刹车回充控制系统及其控制方法,线控底盘控制器包括:判断模块,其被配置为判断电动车是否处于刹车状态,计算模块,其被配置为在电动车处于刹车状态时,基于第一参数来计算最大刹车回充负扭矩,并在最大刹车回充负扭矩为非零的状态下,基于刹车命令、刹车命令的变化率以及车速来计算机械刹车动作与刹车回充动作两者的比例,取得分析结果;以及发送模块,其被配置为基于分析结果发送机械刹车控制命令以及刹车回充控制命令。根据上述方式,线控底盘控制器在接收到刹车命令后,经过运算及判断来分配机械刹车动作与刹车回充动作的比例,从而降低驾驶员因为刹车回充动作所感受到的不舒适感。
