The invention discloses a charging control method for a low-voltage lithium battery of a new energy automobile. The charging control method comprises the following steps: constructing a lithium battery charging control system; performing battery health state estimation calculation; carrying out residual electric quantity estimation calculation; state switching of the DC/DC control module is realized; the DC/DC output voltage is adjusted in a proportional adjustment mode, and the battery is prevented from being overcharged in the adjustment process. According to the technical scheme, the battery health state is estimated through cooperation of the battery health state estimation module, the residual electric quantity estimation module and the DC/DC control module, meanwhile, when the SOC accumulative error is too large, full charge is triggered to calibrate the SOC, it is guaranteed that the SOC estimation error is within the controllable range, the DC/DC output voltage is adjusted in a proportional adjustment mode, and the SOC estimation error is adjusted to be within the controllable range. The problem of overcharging of the battery in the DC/DC voltage adjusting process is avoided, and lithium battery charging control optimization is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车低压锂电池充电控制方法,包括以下步骤:构建锂电池充电控制系统;进行电池健康状态估计计算;进行剩余电量估计计算;实现DC/DC控制模块的状态切换;用比例调节的方式调节DC/DC输出电压,避免调节过程中电池过充。上述技术方案通过电池健康状态估计模块、剩余电量估计模块和DC/DC控制模块三个模块之间的配合,估算电池健康状态,同时基于SOC累积误差过大时,触发满充校准SOC,保证SOC估计误差在可控范围内,用比例调节的方式调节DC/DC输出电压,避免调节DC/DC电压过程中电池的过充问题,实现对锂电池充电控制优化。
