The method comprises the steps that historical behavior data, sent by a vehicle-mounted battery management system, of a vehicle-mounted battery are received, and the historical behavior data comprise historical charging data and historical discharging data of the vehicle-mounted battery; based on the historical charging data and the historical discharging data, whether the vehicle-mounted battery is in a to-be-maintained state or not is judged; and when the vehicle-mounted battery is in the to-be-maintained state, generating a maintenance strategy of the vehicle-mounted battery based on the historical charging data and the historical discharging data, so that the vehicle-mounted battery management system maintains the vehicle-mounted battery according to the maintenance strategy. According to the embodiment of the invention, a user can be reminded when SOC correction is not carried out on the vehicle-mounted battery for a long time, a correction mechanism is ensured to be triggered in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
