The invention provides a charging pile control method, a controller and a charging pile system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a predetermined number of a power module in a charging pile, wherein the predetermined number is a number related to the position of the power module and an identification code of the power module; acquiring a charging request; and under the condition that the output power of the battery module of the charging pile is smaller than the target charging power, the battery module is called to charge the vehicle through the charging output end, and the power module is called to charge the vehicle through the charging output end according to the preset number of the power module. In the scheme, by numbering the power modules, the battery modules and the power modules can be called for cooperative use under the condition that the output power of the battery modules of the charging pile is smaller than the target charging power, and the power modules are called through the preset numbers, so that the specific called power modules can be determined; and the distribution efficiency of the power module of the charging pile is improved.
