The invention discloses an electric vehicle wireless charging foreign matter removal detection system and a detection method thereof.The detection system comprises a ground end detection coil W, a detection circuit and a ground end controller, and the ground end detection coil W emits electromagnetic waves and captures magnetic field signals above the ground end; the ground end controller drives the ground end detection coil W to emit electromagnetic waves at a certain frequency; the detection circuit is used for converting a magnetic field signal induced by the ground end detection coil W into a digital signal; the ground end controller converts the digital signal into a complex signal, carries out orthogonal operation according to the complex signal to obtain complex impedance of the ground end detection coil W, and judges whether foreign matters above the ground end detection coil W are removed or not according to the complex impedance; whether the metal foreign matter is moved out or not is judged by detecting the change direction of the complex impedance vector angle in the system, it is important to detect whether metal exists or not when the metal foreign matter is moved out, and an automobile can be rapidly charged by effectively detecting metal moving out; and meanwhile, the method has the advantages of accurate and efficient detection and high system response speed.

    本发明公开了电动汽车无线充电异物移除检测系统及其检测方法,包括地端检测线圈W、检测电路、地端控制器,地端检测线圈W发射电磁波、并捕获地端上方磁场信号;地端控制器以一定频率驱动地端检测线圈W发射电磁波;检测电路用以将地端检测线圈W感应的磁场信号转换为数字信号;地端控制器将数字信号转化为复信号,根据复信号进行正交运算,得出地端检测线圈W的复阻抗,根据复阻抗判断地端检测线圈W上方的异物是否移除;本发明通过检测系统中复阻抗矢量角度的变化方向来判断金属异物是否已经移出,检测金属异物移出与检测金属是否存在一样重要,有效的检测金属移出可以使汽车快速进入充电;同时具有检测准确、高效、系统响应速度快的优点。
