The power receiving mechanism is provided with a power receiving pulley, a pulley shaft, a pulley bearing, a sliding frame, a pulley insulating sleeve and an anti-sliding baffle. A pulley yoke of the power receiving mechanism is connected with a sliding shaft of a sliding frame, a sliding frame shaft is connected with a cantilever shaft sleeve, the cantilever shaft sleeve is connected with a cantilever rod, the other end of the cantilever rod is connected to a hinge seat of a suspension rod, the upper end of the suspension rod is connected with a suspension beam, and suspension supporting beams are arranged at the two ends of the suspension beam; an insulating plastic pad is arranged above the suspension support beam, and the suspension support beam and the insulating plastic pad are fixedly connected to the bottom of the carriage. The contact wire is sleeved with the power receiving pulley, the contact wire is connected with an external power supply network, and electric energy of the power supply is guided into an electric power system of the train by an external power grid power supply through the contact wire and the power receiving pulley.
