The invention discloses a continuous fiber reinforced composite material for a vehicle outer covering part, which is of a laminated structure and sequentially comprises a first surface layer, a first covering layer, a continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer, a second covering layer and a second surface layer from one side to the other side, in the continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer, continuous fibers can be one-way belts or braided fabrics and are laid in a layered mode, and the laying directions of the continuous fibers are different. The covering layer is used for covering fiber textures in the continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer; the surface layer is a PP layer or a modified paintable PP layer; the continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer, the covering layer and the surface layer are compounded through hot pressing; in the continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer, continuous fibers are laid in a layered mode in the thickness direction of the continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene layer. The continuous fiber reinforced composite material is used for replacing a traditional PP material of the automobile outer covering part, and the problems that an existing outer covering part is deformed in an adhesive mode, insufficient in rigidity and unstable in geometric dimension, and large environmental pollution is likely to be generated in the preparation process can be well solved.

    本发明公开了一种车用外覆盖件用连续纤维增强复合材料,为叠层结构,从一侧至另一侧依次为:第一表面层、第一覆盖层、连续纤维增强聚丙烯层、第二覆盖层和第二表面层;所述连续纤维增强聚丙烯层中,连续纤维可为单向带或编织物,分层铺设,且连续纤维的铺设方向不同;覆盖层用于覆盖连续纤维增强聚丙烯层中的纤维纹理;表面层为PP层或改性可涂装PP层;连续纤维增强聚丙烯层、覆盖层、表面层通过热压复合;所述连续纤维增强聚丙烯层中,连续纤维沿其厚度方向分层铺设。利用连续纤维增强复合材料替代汽车外覆盖传统PP材料,可以较好地解决现有外覆盖件胶粘变形、刚度不足、几何尺寸不稳定以及制备过程中容易产生较大的环境污染等问题。
