The quick locking device comprises a battery pack and a positioning assembly, and the positioning assembly is used for positioning the battery pack. By the adoption of the device, locking and loosening of multiple positions of the positioning assembly and the locking assembly are achieved by controlling the four first fixing rods, the battery pack is rapidly replaced while the mounting and fixing stability of the battery pack is ensured, the battery replacement efficiency is improved compared with traditional bolt fixing, locking is conducted through a pure mechanical structure, and the battery replacement efficiency is improved. The battery pack fixing device has the advantages of avoiding accidents caused by loosening and falling of the battery pack due to faults of electric and pneumatic locking devices, achieving a double-insurance effect by fixing through the four insurance units, and solving the problems that a traditional battery pack is fixed to a vehicle chassis through bolts, the bolts need to be unscrewed during battery replacement of a vehicle, and the battery pack is damaged. And a large amount of time needs to be consumed and the battery replacement efficiency is low when the bolts are tightened after the battery replacement is completed.

    本发明实施例公开了一种车辆换电用快速锁紧装置,包括有电池包和定位组件;所述定位组件用于电池包定位。采用本发明,具有通过控制四个第一固定杆实现定位组件与锁紧组件的多处锁紧与放松,确保电池包安装固定稳定性同时,快速对电池包进行更换,相比传统螺栓固定提升了换电效率,通过纯机械结构进行锁紧,避免出现使用电动和气动锁紧装置出现故障导致电池包松动掉落造成事故的情况,通过四个保险单元进行固定,起到双重保险的作用的优点,解决了传统电池包通过螺栓固定在车辆底盘,车辆换电时需要将螺栓拧开,换电完成后再将螺栓拧紧,需要消耗大量的时间,换电效率低下的问题。
