Through the arrangement of auxiliary wheels, friction blocks, movable blocks and brake rods, when normal braking is carried out, the brake rods in second cavities on the two sides of the upper portion move inwards, the movable blocks in a contraction state are jacked open through a round top plate, the friction blocks are expanded outwards, and the friction blocks make contact with I-shaped steel for friction braking; the friction blocks can greatly reduce the contact pressure between the walking wheels and the I-shaped steel rail and even lift the walking wheels, abrasion of the walking wheels caused by sliding of the walking wheels and the I-shaped steel rail under huge pressure can be avoided, abrasion of the walking wheels is reduced or even eliminated, and the service life of the walking wheels is prolonged.
