The invention relates to an aviation propeller blade interchange balance matching device and matching method, and the matching device comprises a bearing shaft, the two ends of which are supported on a balance frame; the torque changing mechanism moves in the axis direction of the bearing shaft. One end of the torque changing mechanism is connected with the shifting sleeve, and the outer wall of one side, far away from the torque changing mechanism, of the shifting sleeve is provided with a bearing seat for mounting a paddle shaft; a first channel through which the bearing shaft penetrates is formed in the middle of the propeller shell, and an open channel facilitating movement of the torque changing mechanism is formed in the first channel close to the torque changing mechanism; the propeller shell is provided with two second channels which penetrate inwards from the outer end of the propeller shell to the bearing seat in the direction perpendicular to the first channel; the paddle shafts of the standard paddle and the paddle to be balanced are respectively inserted into the bearing seat through the corresponding second channels, the end parts of the paddle shafts are provided with eccentric pins, and the eccentric pins are eccentrically matched with the bearing seat. The propeller blade is simple in structure and high in reliability, and can be directly compared with a standard propeller blade, so that the mutual difference of large-axis torques among the propeller blades is smaller than 2gm, and the requirement of propeller blade exchange is met.

    本发明涉及一种航空螺旋桨桨叶互换平衡配套装置及配套方法,配套装置包括:承载轴,其两端支撑于平衡架上;变矩机构沿承载轴轴线方向移动;拨套,变矩机构一端连接有拨套,拨套远离变矩机构一侧外壁上设置有安装桨叶轴的轴承座;桨壳中部具有承载轴贯穿的第一通道,第一通道靠近变矩机构处设置有便于变矩机构移动的敞口通道;桨壳垂直第一通道方向设置有两个由桨壳外端向内贯穿至轴承座处的第二通道;标准桨叶和待平衡桨叶的桨叶轴分别经对应的第二通道插入至轴承座,上述桨叶轴端部均具有偏心销,偏心销与轴承座偏心配合。本发明结构简单,可靠性高,能够直接和标准桨叶进行比对,使桨叶间的大轴线力矩互差小于2gm,满足桨叶互换要求。
