The invention discloses a thermal management system of a hydrogen fuel engine vehicle, and relates to the technical field of thermal management of hydrogen fuel engines. According to the thermal management system, a hydrogen fuel cell arranged in an engine forecabin serves as a main power source, and a power battery located at the bottom of a floor in an automobile serves as an auxiliary power source. According to the thermal management system, the intercooling device is additionally arranged in the hydrogen fuel cell cooling loop and the power cooling loop in the thermal management system, so that when the vehicle is started in a low-temperature environment, the hydrogen fuel cell can heat the heat dissipation guide sheet through the semiconductor heat dissipation sheet through the intercooling device; and the speed when the temperature of the cooling liquid in the automobile reaches the target threshold value is increased through the cooperation of the cooling loop, the engine cooling loop and the air compressor cooling loop in the automobile, so that the hydrogen fuel cell can rapidly recover to the proper temperature to work, and the service life of the hydrogen fuel cell is indirectly prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料发动机车辆热管理系统,涉及氢燃料发动机热管理技术领域。包括该热管理系统以布置在发动机前舱的氢燃料电池为主要动力源,并以位于汽车中地板底部的动力电池为辅助电源。本发明通过在热管理系统中的氢燃料电池冷却回路和动力冷却回路中添加中冷装置的设置,使得当车辆在低温环境下启动时,氢燃料电池能够通过中冷装置能够通过半导体散热片,对散热导片进行加热,并通过和汽车内部发动机冷却回路、空压机冷却回路之间的配合来加快汽车内部冷却液温度到达目标阈值时的速度,使得氢燃料电池能快速地恢复到适宜的温度内进行工作,间接地提高了氢燃料电池的使用寿命。
