The invention provides a wheel structure, a driving system and a logistics vehicle. The wheel structure comprises a front wheel set and a rear wheel set. The rear wheel set is provided with a pair of walking wheels, and the front wheel set is provided with a pair of driving wheel assemblies. The driving wheel assembly comprises a power wheel, a follower wheel and a transmission component; the power wheel is provided with a power shaft, and the follower wheel and the power wheel are arranged side by side. The transmission component is connected between the power wheel and the follower wheel, the power shaft is sleeved with the power wheel, the follower wheel is provided with a rotating shaft at the same height as the power shaft, the rotating shaft is sleeved with the follower wheel, and the transmission component is connected to the end, away from one side of the power source, of the power shaft and the end of the rotating shaft; the power wheel is configured to be a steel wheel which is attached to an external rail in a rolling manner; and the follower wheel is configured to be a rubber wheel which is matched on an external track in a suspended manner during normal driving. Therefore, the derailment event can be prevented in the event, in addition, the friction resistance between the rubber wheels and the track is increased after the rubber wheels are used, and the unsmooth running process can be obviously felt.
