本发明公开了一种IIR/NR交替多层复合材料的制备方法、产品及应用,涉及橡胶材料技术领域。制备方法包括以下步骤:将天然橡胶混炼胶与丁基橡胶混炼胶交替层叠共挤出,之后经硫化处理制备得到所述IIR/NR交替多层复合材料。本发明利用交替多层共挤技术制备了IIR/NR交替多层复合材料,具有工艺简单、成本低、适合大规模工业化生产的特点。本发明的交替多层共挤技术相比单纯的IIR与NR共混技术具有非常突出的优势,甚至能够起到1+1大于2的技术效果。本发明所制备的IIR/NR交替多层复合材料具有清晰规整的层结构,兼具优异的气体阻隔性能、力学性能以及耐疲劳性,可以作为汽车以及飞机的轮胎内衬层材料。

    The invention discloses a preparation method, a product and application of an IIR/NR alternating multilayer composite material, and relates to the technical field of rubber materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: alternately laminating and co-extruding the natural rubber compound and the butyl rubber compound, and then carrying out vulcanization treatment to obtain the IIR/NR alternate multi-layer composite material. The IIR/NR alternating multilayer composite material is prepared by utilizing an alternating multilayer co-extrusion technology, and has the characteristics of simple process, low cost and suitability for large-scale industrial production. Compared with a pure IIR and NR blending technology, the alternate multi-layer co-extrusion technology has very prominent advantages, and even can achieve the technical effect that 1 + 1 is larger than 2. The IIR/NR alternate multilayer composite material prepared by the invention has a clear and regular layer structure, has excellent gas barrier property, mechanical property and fatigue resistance, and can be used as a tire lining layer material of automobiles and airplanes.
