The invention relates to a rapid alignment device for main transformer cooling fin installation and a working method thereof in the technical field of main transformer cooling fin installation. The device comprises guide positioners which can be installed on an upper cooling fin butterfly valve and a lower cooling fin butterfly valve of a main transformer body respectively, and flange connectors which can be installed on an upper cooling fin flange and a lower cooling fin flange of the main transformer cooling fin respectively. The guiding positioner comprises two sets of guiding arms which are distributed in a left-right spaced mode and extend forwards, the flange connector comprises two guiding pulleys which are distributed in a left-right spaced mode, and the flange connector slides directionally after being in butt joint with the guiding arms through the guiding pulleys so as to guide an upper cooling fin flange and a lower cooling fin flange to be synchronously and accurately installed on a cooling fin butterfly valve. According to the traction guiding and positioning principle, rapid adjustment and alignment between the main transformer cooling fin flange face and the main transformer butterfly valve bolt are achieved, the main transformer cooling fin mounting time is effectively shortened, and the traction guiding and positioning device has the advantages of being convenient to mount and dismount, reliable in fastening, good in universality and the like.

    本发明涉及主变散热片安装技术领域的一种主变散热片安装快速对位装置及其工作方法,装置包括可分别安装于主变本体上下两个散热片蝶阀上的导向定位器、以及可分别安装于主变散热片上下两个散热片法兰上的法兰引接器;导向定位器包括两组左右间隔分布、且前伸设置的导向臂,法兰引接器包括两个左右间隔分布的导向滑轮,法兰引接器通过导向滑轮与导向臂对接后定向滑动从而引导上下两个散热片法兰同步准确安装于散热片蝶阀上,本发明采用牵引导向定位原理,实现主变散热片法兰面与主变蝶阀螺栓之间的快速调节对位,从而有效缩短主变散热片安装时间,具有安装拆卸方便,紧固可靠、通用性好等优异性。
