The invention provides a guide wheel pressure test system and method for a magnetically levitated train. The system comprises a test unit; the test unit comprises a pressure sensor, a strain gauge sensor and a wireless communication module; the pressure sensor is used for collecting a pressure value generated by the guide wheel on the sky beam side wall position of the guide wheel track where the pressure sensor is located when the guide wheel of the magnetically levitated train passes through the sky beam side wall position of the guide wheel track where the pressure sensor is located; the strain gauge sensor is used for collecting a strain value generated at the position of the sky beam side wall of the guide wheel track where the strain gauge sensor is located when the guide wheel of the magnetically levitated train passes through the position of the sky beam side wall of the guide wheel track where the strain gauge sensor is located; and the wireless communication module is used for associating the pressure value, the strain value and the track position calibration information corresponding to the test unit and then transmitting the pressure value, the strain value and the track position calibration information to an upper computer. According to the invention, when the guide wheel of the magnetically levitated train passes through the specific position of the guide wheel track, the pressure and dependent variable of the specific position can be monitored.
