The invention discloses an energy-saving control method for a sea water pump. The energy-saving control method comprises the steps that the fresh water cooling outlet temperature is obtained; taking the fresh water cooling outlet temperature as an adjusting signal to control a temperature control valve and a seawater pump frequency converter; whether the fresh water cooling outlet temperature is larger than a preset value or not is judged, a temperature control valve is controlled to be opened firstly, then a sea water pump frequency converter is controlled to increase the sea water pump rotating speed, and the temperature control valve adjusting priority is higher than that of the sea water pump frequency converter; whether the fresh water cooling outlet temperature is not larger than a preset value or not is judged, when the fresh water cooling outlet temperature is not larger than the preset value, the seawater pump frequency converter is controlled to reduce the seawater pump rotating speed, then the temperature control valve is controlled to close the valve position, and the seawater pump adjusting priority is higher than that of the temperature control valve. The rotating speed of the sea water pump and the opening degree of the temperature control valve can be controlled according to the actually required cooling capacity by collecting the fresh water cooling outlet temperature. The rotating speed of the seawater pump is preferentially reduced in the adjustment of the rotating speed of the seawater pump and the opening degree of the temperature control valve, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the power consumption of the seawater pump.

    本发明公开了一种对于海水泵节能的控制方法,包括:获取淡水冷却出口温度;将淡水冷却出口温度作为调节信号,控制温控阀和海水泵变频器;判断淡水冷却出口温度是否大于预设值,首先控制温控阀打开,再控制海水泵变频器提高海水泵转速,温控阀调整优先级高于海水泵变频器;判断淡水冷却出口温度是否不大于预设值,在淡水冷却出口温度不大于预设值时,首先控制海水泵变频器降低海水泵转速,再控制温控阀关闭阀位,海水泵调整优先级高于温控阀。通过采集淡水冷却出口温度可以做到根据实际所需要的冷量控制海水泵的转速和温控阀的开度。在海水泵转速和温控阀开度的调节中,优先降低海水泵转速,从而做到降低海水泵电能消耗的目的。
