The invention discloses a wave energy and tidal current energy coupling power generation floating type ocean energy power generation device which comprises a floating body platform, a wave energy capturing device, a semi-submersible tidal current energy capturing device, a full-immersion tidal current energy capturing device, a power generator and two double-input type differential wheel sets, and the wave energy capturing device, the semi-submersible tidal current energy capturing device, the full-immersion tidal current energy capturing device, the power generator and the two double-input type differential wheel sets are installed on the outer side of the floating body platform. The two input ends of the first double-input type differential wheel set are in transmission connection with the semi-submersible type tidal current energy capturing device and the full-immersion type tidal current energy capturing device correspondingly, and the two input ends of the second double-input type differential wheel set are in transmission connection with the wave energy capturing device and the output end of the first double-input type differential wheel set correspondingly. The output end of the first double-input type differential wheel set is in transmission connection with a power generator, the output end of the second double-input type differential wheel set is in transmission connection with the power generator, the semi-submersible type tidal current energy capturing device and the full-immersion type tidal current energy capturing device are subjected to secondary coupling through the double-input type differential wheel sets, output to the other double-input type differential wheel set and subjected to secondary coupling with the wave energy capturing device, and the wave energy capturing device is output to the power generator. The comprehensive utilization efficiency of wave energy and ocean current energy is improved, and the power generation conversion rate is increased.
