The self-excitation friction nanometer power generation platform comprises the floating type energy dissipation and vibration suppression device and further comprises a friction nanometer power generation device arranged in the box type floating breakwater, the friction nanometer power generation device comprises a plurality of sets of power generation elements, and the sets of power generation elements are arranged in parallel and are in rigid connection with the high-strength large-rigidity shell of the box type floating breakwater. The wave flow load influence can be reduced, sufficient rolling can be generated to drive the friction nanometer power generation device to generate power, ocean energy is converted from wave energy to mechanical energy and then to electric energy, and the ocean energy is fully utilized.
