The invention relates to the technical field of stacking machines, in particular to a double-track stacking machine chassis which comprises a chassis body, four UCFC mounted bearings arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the chassis body and four walking wheels correspondingly connected with the four UCFC mounted bearings. A driving motor is arranged at the bottom of the chassis main body, and the transmission shaft and the driving motor are correspondingly connected with two transmission gears which are meshed with each other. By designing the size of the chassis and adopting a four-wheel walking mode, the problem of toppling is solved, a guide wheel assembly and an anti-overturning mechanism are omitted, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the structure is optimized; through the arrangement of the placement cavity, the laser ranging assembly, the wireless communicator and the walking motor assembly on the original chassis are placed in the chassis, so that the chassis is protected from external damage and interference, and the influence of external dust on the stability of the laser ranging assembly is avoided.

    本发明涉及堆垛机技术领域,具体为一种双轨堆垛机底盘,包括底盘主体、设置在所述底盘主体前后两侧壁上的四个UCFC带座轴承、与四个UCFC带座轴承对应连接的四个行走轮,四个行走轮中的任意一个连接有传动轴,所述底盘主体底部上设置有驱动电机,所述传动轴以及驱动电机上对应连接有相互啮合连接的两个传动齿轮。本发明通过对底盘尺寸进行设计以及采用四轮行走的方式,解决了存在倾倒的问题以及省去了导向轮组件和防倾覆机构,降低了制造成本,优化了结构;通过设置的放置腔,将原底盘上的激光测距组件、无线通讯器和行走电机组件置于底盘内部,保护了不受外界损坏和干扰,避免了外界灰尘影响激光测距组件的稳定性。
