The invention discloses a tower crane and an anti-toppling system thereof. The toppling prevention system of the tower crane comprises a controller and a balance adjusting device. The balance adjusting device comprises at least one of a tower body balance adjusting device and a suspension arm balance adjusting device. The tower body balance adjusting device is a first wind power compensation mechanism which is rotatably arranged in the middle upper area of the tower body, and the suspension arm balance adjusting device is a second wind power compensation mechanism which is rotatably arranged on the suspension arm; and the controller is used for controlling the air outlet direction and the reverse thrust of the first wind power compensation mechanism according to the side inclination condition of the tower body and/or controlling the air outlet direction and the reverse thrust of the second wind power compensation mechanism according to the unbalance condition of the suspension arm. According to the scheme, the stability performance and the wind resistance of the tower crane can be improved, the risk that the tower crane overturns or the suspension arm is unbalanced and collides disorderly is reduced, the tower crane can be protected when working, and the utilization efficiency of the tower crane is improved.

    本申请公开了一种塔机及其防倾倒系统。本申请实施例提供的一种塔机防倾倒系统包括控制器和平衡调节装置,所述调节装置包括塔身平衡调节装置和吊臂平衡调节装置中的至少一种;所述塔身平衡调节装置为可转动地设置于所述塔身中上区域的第一风力补偿机构,所述吊臂平衡调节装置为可转动地设置于所述吊臂的第二风力补偿机构;所述控制器用于根据所述塔身的侧倾情况控制所述第一风力补偿机构的出风方向和反推力大小和/或用于根据所述吊臂的失衡状况控制所述第二风力补偿机构出风方向和反推力大小。实施本申请的方案,不仅能提高塔机的稳定性能和抗风能力,降低塔机出现倾覆或吊臂失衡乱撞的风险,而且能在塔机工作时为其护航,提升塔机的利用效率。
