The invention discloses a tower crane working attitude acquisition system and method. The system comprises a rotation attitude parameter acquisition module, a variable amplitude attitude parameter acquisition module, a lifting attitude parameter acquisition module and a main control module, the rotation attitude parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring a rotation angle value and an angular acceleration value of the tower crane relative to a reference angle value and transmitting the rotation angle value and the angular acceleration value to the main control module; the variable-amplitude attitude parameter acquisition module is used for calculating an amplitude value when the amplitude of the tower crane changes in the operation process and transmitting the amplitude value to the main control module; the lifting posture parameter acquisition module is used for respectively acquiring a first air pressure height value at a reference horizontal plane, a second air pressure height value at a lifting hook and a third air pressure height value at an upper supporting part of a tower crane slewing mechanism, and respectively transmitting the values to the main control module; and the main control module is used for simulating and generating a real-time comprehensive working posture of the tower crane according to the rotation angle, the angular acceleration, the amplitude value, the height value and the tower crane structure parameters, so that the use of the tower crane in a construction site can be standardized according to the real-time comprehensive working posture, and the occurrence of safety accidents in the operation process of the tower crane is reduced.

    本发明公开一种塔吊工作姿态的采集系统及方法,所述系统包括:回转姿态参数采集模块、变幅姿态参数采集模块、起升姿态参数采集模块和主控模块;回转姿态参数采集模块用于采集塔吊相对于基准角度值的回转角度值和角加速度值,并传输至主控模块;变幅姿态参数采集模块用于塔吊在作业过程中幅度发生变化时计算出幅度值,并传输至主控模块;起升姿态参数采集模块用于分别采集参考水平面处的第一气压高度值、起升吊钩处的第二气压高度值和塔吊回转机构上支承部位处的第三气压高度值,并分别传输至主控模块;主控模块用于根据回转角度、角加速度、幅度值和高度值以及根据塔吊结构参数,模拟生成塔吊的实时综合工作姿态,从而能够根据实时综合工作姿态规范塔吊在施工现场的使用,减少塔吊在运行过程中安全事故的发生。
