The invention discloses a construction elevator door anti-collision device and an anti-collision method. The anti-collision device comprises an elevator outer door which ascends and descends, an anti-collision rod located at the bottom is fixedly connected to the elevator outer door and located on the inner side of the elevator outer door, a clamping groove is further formed in the elevator body, and the anti-collision rod at the lowest stroke point is clamped and limited through the clamping groove. According to the anti-collision method, the construction elevator door anti-collision device is adopted, when the elevator outer door is opened and moves upwards, the anti-collision rod moves upwards along with the elevator outer door, when the elevator outer door is closed, the anti-collision rod moves downwards to enter the clamping groove to form limiting clamping, and the anti-collision rod at the bottom prevents a vehicle from rushing out of the door in the elevator running process. The anti-collision device has the beneficial effects that the anti-collision rod synchronously ascends and descends along with the elevator outer door, when the elevator outer door is opened, the anti-collision rod automatically moves upwards along with the elevator door without influencing entering and exiting of the construction elevator, when the elevator outer door is closed, the anti-collision rod automatically moves downwards to enter the clamping groove, an electric trolley is prevented from rushing out of the door in the elevator running process, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种施工电梯门防撞装置及防撞方法。该防撞装置包括上下升降的电梯外门,电梯外门上连接固定有位于底部的防撞杆,防撞杆位于电梯外门的内侧,电梯主体上还设有卡槽,卡槽对行程最低点的防撞杆进行卡设限位。该防撞方法采用上述的施工电梯门防撞装置,电梯外门开启上移时,防撞杆随电梯外门上移,电梯外门关闭时,防撞杆下移进入卡槽内形成限位卡设,底部的防撞杆防止车辆在电梯运行中冲出门外。本发明的有益效果:防撞杆跟随电梯外门同步升降,电梯外门开启时,防撞杆随电梯门自动上移,不影响施工电梯的进出,电梯外门关闭时,防撞杆自动下移进入卡槽内,防止电动车斗车在电梯运行中冲出门外,避免安全事故的发生。
