The invention provides an elevator pit maintenance state detection and alarm method which comprises a pressure sensor and a thermal imaging device, the thermal imaging device is arranged at the bottom of an elevator car, and the pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom of an elevator pit. The signal processing device judges whether an alarm signal is generated or not by analyzing the pressure numerical value and a pressure threshold value preset by the signal processing device and transmits the alarm signal to the signal emitting device, the signal emitting device sends the signal to the alarm device, and the alarm device is connected with a braking system of the elevator. Signals are sent to the alarm device through the signal transmitting device, the signals are transmitted to the elevator control system, at the moment, the control system enables the alarm device in the lift car to give an alarm, meanwhile, the running direction of the elevator is changed into an upward running state, and the elevator is stopped nearby, so that passengers in the lift car are prevented from being trapped; and therefore, the problem that the maintenance personnel are death due to extrusion of the lift car is solved.

    本发明提供了一种电梯底坑检修状态检测及报警方法,包括压力传感器以及热成像装置,所述热成像装置设置于电梯轿厢底部,所述压力传感器设置于电梯底坑的底部,所述信号处理装置通过对压力数值与信号处理装置预设的压力阀值分析来判断是否生成报警信号,并将报警信号传递给信号发射装置,信号发射装置将信号发送至报警装置,所述报警装置与所述电梯的制动系统连接;通过信号发射装置将信号发送至报警装置,会将此信号传递给电梯控制系统,此时控制系统会使轿厢内的报警装置发出警报,同时将电梯的运行方向,改变成向上运行的状态,并就近靠站停梯,避免轿厢内的乘客被困,从而也解决了维保人员被轿厢挤压的致死的问题。
