The invention provides a multi-stage energy absorption anti-crash fuel tank supporting structure which comprises a fuel tank containing cavity used for containing a helicopter fuel tank. The bottom energy absorption part is arranged at the bottom of the oil tank accommodating cavity; wherein the bottom energy absorption part is a multi-stage energy absorption part, and the bottom energy absorption part is used for absorbing energy of the helicopter in the crash process; according to the multi-stage energy absorption anti-crash oil tank supporting structure provided by the invention, in combination with an anti-crash design, a bottom supporting structure with more assembly relations in the oil tank supporting structure adopts a composite material integrated design, and a bottom supporting frame beam is designed into a composite material co-curing structure; and the multi-stage energy-absorbing anti-crash structure is formed by connecting with the skin thick honeycomb structure, so that the high-efficiency anti-crash function of the oil tank supporting structure is realized, and the high survival rate requirement of a modern helicopter is met.
