The invention relates to the field of aerostat control, in particular to an aerostat with a self-adaptive pressure regulation function and a pressure regulation method. The valve element is directly driven by a motor, the motor is damaged due to large impact on an electric mechanism, and the clamping stagnation phenomenon is formed after the motor breaks down. A helium valve assembly is installed on an aerostat capsule body, and an industrial personal computer is arranged in an aerostat pod. The industrial personal computer receives pressure and temperature signals of the sensor assembly and controls the helium valve assembly to adjust the pressure. When the pressure of the capsule body of the aerostat rises to the upper limit of a set safety threshold value, the industrial personal computer controls the electric mechanism to stretch forwards to reduce the tension on the valve element; when the pressure of the airbag is at the lower limit of a safety threshold, the industrial personal computer controls the electric mechanism to contract to increase the tension on the valve core; if the electric mechanism breaks down and is automatically locked, the spring assembly provides the lowest opening pressure. Self-adaptive pressure control is achieved, and the situations that the pressure drops too fast, and a valve cannot be closed due to clamping stagnation of an electric mechanism are reduced.

    本发明为浮空器控制领域,特别涉及一种具有自适应压力调节的浮空器及压力调节方法。阀芯采用电机直接驱动对电动机构冲击较大会损坏电机,电机故障后会形成卡滞现象。本发明在浮空器囊体上安装有氦气阀组件,在浮空器吊舱内具有工控机;工控机通过接收传感器组件的压力和温度信号,并控制所述氦气阀组件来调节压力。当浮空器囊体的压力升高至设定的安全阈值上限,工控机控制电动机构前伸减小对阀芯的拉力;当气囊压力在安全阈值下限,工控机控制电动机构收缩增加了对阀芯的拉力;若电动机构故障自动锁死时,由弹簧组件提供最低限度的开启压力。实现自适应压力控制,减少压力下降过快、因电动机构卡滞导致的阀门无法闭合等情况发生。
