The invention relates to improvement of a captive balloon retracting and releasing system, in particular to a captive balloon cable guiding device. According to a traditional cable guiding device, the situation that a cable is separated from a V-shaped groove of the guiding device exists, and large potential safety hazards exist. The cable guiding device comprises a lower guiding wheel mounting frame capable of rotating around the X axis, an upper guiding wheel support rotating shaft in the Z-axis direction is further arranged on a mounting base of the lower guiding wheel mounting frame, and a lower guiding wheel and an upper guiding wheel support are arranged on the upper guiding wheel support rotating shaft in a sleeving mode. A sleeve is supported at the upper end of the upper guide wheel support through a rotating shaft in the Z-axis direction, upper large guide wheels with fillets are further arranged on the front side and the rear side of the rotating shaft of the sleeve, and a pair of upper small guide wheels are symmetrically arranged at the eccentric positions of the upper large guide wheels. And the mooring rope passes through the sleeve and then bypasses the lower guide wheel. The large deflection use requirement of the high-wind captive balloon under the extreme condition is met, the use boundary of the captive balloon is widened, and the use safety of the captive balloon is improved.

    本发明是对系留气球收放系统的改进,具体涉及一种系留气球缆绳导向装置。传统的缆绳导向装置存在缆绳脱离导向装置V型槽的情况,存在较大安全隐患。本发明缆绳导向装置包括可绕X轴转动的下部导向轮安装架,在下部导向轮安装架的安装座上还具有Z轴方向的上部导向轮支架旋转轴,在上部导向轮支架旋转轴上套装有下部导向轮和上部导向轮支架;在上部导向轮支架上端通过Z轴方向的转轴支撑有套管,套管在其转轴的前后两侧还具有带圆角的上部大导向轮,在上部大导向轮的偏心位置对称设置有一对上部小导向轮;系留缆绳穿过套管后绕过下部导向轮。实现极端条件下大风系留气球大偏摆使用要求,拓宽了系留气球的使用边界,提高了系留气球的使用安全性。
